Jennifer M. Dillon is a cum laude graduate of Boston College with degrees in Economics and English and a graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School. She is admitted to practice in New York State, the Western District of New York Federal Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Dillon has served on the Board of Directors of the Erie County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers of Western New York and Immaculate Conception School Board in Eden. She has served as Chair of the Disability Committee and Awards Committee of the Erie County Bar Association as well as the Michael F. Dillon Scholarship Committee through the Bar Association. In addition to handling Social Security Disability and SSI claims for adults and children, Ms. Dillon has practiced in the areas of civil litigation, appeals, labor and employment law, personal injury and matrimonial and family law. She has represented clients and appeared in New York State Supreme Court, the Appellate Division, Fourth Judicial Department, the Social Security Administration, the Erie County Family Court, the New York State Department of Labor and town and local courts across the region.
